ONE-M Welcomes Delegation from the Kingdom of Bhutan

One Management Co., Ltd. (ONE-M) was pleased to join the National Housing Authority (NHA), Thailand, in welcoming a delegation from the Kingdom of Bhutan for site visits to housing development projects under the NHA.

The delegation visited Residential Building Plot A (Building A1 – Remaining Works), Din Daeng Community Redevelopment Project, Phase 2, and Residential Building Plot D1 (Building D2), Din Daeng Community Redevelopment Project, Phase 3. The visits were conducted under the supervision and endorsement of the National Housing Authority as part of an initiative to strengthen technical cooperation in housing development between Thailand and Bhutan, pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding on Technical and Academic Cooperation between the National Housing Authority of the Kingdom of Thailand and the National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL) of the Kingdom of Bhutan.

As the construction supervision consultant, ONE-M participated in welcoming the delegation, accompanying representatives during the site visits, and responding to inquiries regarding the ongoing construction works. The visit provided an opportunity to exchange practical knowledge and experiences from actual project implementation and construction-site management.

ONE-M is pleased to contribute to this exchange of professional knowledge and experience, supporting continued cooperation in housing and construction development between the two countries.
