ONE-M Executives Conduct Site Visit at Din Daeng Community Urban Renewal Project, Phase 3

One Management Co., Ltd. (ONE-M), led by Mr. Pathorn Damrongkiat, Chief Executive, and Mr. Montri Asanatham, Assistant to the Executive Vice President, conducted a site visit to the Residential Building Plot D1 (Building D2) under the Din Daeng Community Urban Renewal Project, Phase 3, developed by the National Housing Authority (NHA).

ONE-M serves as the Construction Supervision Consultant for the project.

Monitoring Foundation Construction Progress

At the time of the visit, construction activities were focused on piling works, a critical stage in the development of the building's foundation structure.

This phase requires careful engineering supervision, quality control, and close coordination among project stakeholders to support compliance with the project's technical requirements.

The management visit provided an opportunity to observe actual site conditions, review construction progress, and support the on-site construction supervision team.
